Biographical Sketch
Bio-Sketch
Born into a family of land cultivators in the village of Kandagram, in east Midnapore, state of West Bengal, India. My parents are simple village folks. My mother was a drop-out from her fifth standard, and my father was an alumni of Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan. My parents migrated to Odisha in the seventies. My father joined Tata Krosaki Refractories Ltd. I completed my education from Tata Township ICSE and ISC School with graduation in Physics Honors and a Dual Master Degree in Business Management and Information Technology. I started my career at Indo Flogate Refractory Ltd as Dy Manager in Production Planning. Subsequently, earned my PhD in Management from Sambalpur University and a Post Doctoral Fellow from the University of Extremadura, Spain.
Through years of building up my leadership qualities in organizing startup workshops in collaboration with the Department of Science and Tech, Govt of India-working with different premier universities, MSME Business Incubator as Head, startup accelerators, and other grassroots organizations.
